An "AHA" experience is an immersive Must Do that Delights, Impresses and Teaches. They immerse the visitor in a compelling and deep learning experience that induces a lasting impression, delivers an emotional impact, and imparts a personal take away from the institution. They represent the experiences that visitors self-report to families and friends as the must see/do aspects of their visit, highlighting the museum’s greatest stories and artifacts, as well as introducing them to all that the San Francisco Bay area offers.
